Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing high order volumes, processing may be delayed by a few days, we'll notify you via email if this is the case.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We offer Standard and Express shipping within South Africa. Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Express: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and are typically 7–21 business days. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
